Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, holidays, or peak shopping periods.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship orders across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post (USPS), UPS, or DHL, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping to the United States

We offer shipping to the United States via USPS ground shipping services.

Due to shipping regulations for fragrances and alcohol-based products, all U.S. orders are shipped by ground transport only.

Please note:

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your state and local regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price at checkout.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping Canada Wide on orders $125+. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size. Orders under $125CAD or are being shipped outside of Canada are subject to calculated rates.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup for customers in the Olds, Alberta area.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before arriving.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While delays are uncommon, they can occur due to weather, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help initiate a carrier investigation.
