Returns & Cancellations

At Red Roan Beauty, each fragrance is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packaged before it leaves our studio. We hope every scent becomes part of your story. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Fragrance may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Because fragrance is a personal product, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, tested, or used, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Orders that have already shipped will need to follow our standard return process.

Shipping & Return Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Final Sale

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

• Opened or used fragrance

• Gift cards

• Limited editions or promotional items marked final sale
